WHAT IS BOI?

Effective August 11, 2026, FinCEN permanently ends the BOI requirements for U.S. companies and persons. Forein entities that are reporting in the U.S. are still required to complete the BOI report.

Large operating companies are not required to report their Beneficial Ownership Information to FinCEN.
